April 13th - Brookfield Winter Percussion will perform in exhibition at the Winter Percussion Championships. Chaperones & pit volunteers needed for this event.
April 26th - 28th - Oklahoma!
May 26th - Memorial Day Parade - our first official event to show of our new uniforms. Walkers to provide water etc in route will be needed for this event
May 22nd - Spring Band Concert
May 31st - Band & Guard trip to Springfield Music Festival/Six Flags - day event - Chaperones & pit volunteers needed for this event.
June 5th - Annual Band & Guard banquet. Note that we normally host this event on a Sunday but due to the VA trip for the chorus - many of our students would be missing the event. We voted at the parents meeting on Tuesday to shift it to an available date during the week (as all other weekend dates were booked). The event will run 5 - 9 - costs and invites will be communicated over the next month (this is a full band & guard event for all of our programs, family and friends)
June 22nd (tentative) - Graduation - all band students are expected to perform - Chaperones & pit volunteers needed for this event.
